2年前注册的GitHub账号，一直未登录使用，已验证邮箱但未开启两步验证，最近使用GitHub授权注册第三方应用时提示：
This account is flagged, and therefore cannot authorize a third party application.
此帐户已被标记，因此无法授权第三方应用程序。
另外，账号也无法fork项目，Actions项目时提示：
Workflows aren’t being run on this repository
GitHub Actions is not currently enabled on this repository.
Unable to enable Actions for this repository.
1、尝试发送邮件support@github.com直接被退回，多个邮箱尝试发送均提示，消息被屏蔽，

2、尝试GitHub界面 发起工单，需要双重身份验证；暂时不想验证，
求助各位大佬，这个如何解决？

    一般人基本无解，换个号了

      #2 zhangyx 不知道开启两步验证后，账号会不会恢复正常huaji17暂时只能将这个账号当作搜索资源用了

          都强制2fa了，没办法

            #5 kinghk 我也封过，一点法子都没有，重新注册又说多帐号，一样封，后来过了些时间才重新注册成功的

              我三个好几年前注册的好像都是好的
              都绑定了clawac01
