Notice of Changes to Network Conditions in Hong Kong
Dear Valued Customers,
We regret to inform you that due to significant changes in network conditions in the Hong Kong region, our negotiations with upstream network providers have been unsuccessful, and no viable alternative solutions are currently available. In light of these circumstances, we are implementing the following adjustments to our product line for the Hong Kong region:
- Discontinuation of Cloud KVM VPS Products in Hong Kong
Effective immediately, the Cloud KVM VPS product for the Hong Kong region has been removed from sale and is no longer available for purchase.
- Options for Existing Customers in the Hong Kong Region
To address the needs of our existing customers in the Hong Kong region, we are offering the following options:
2.1 Refund Option
Refund Amount: Calculated based on the remaining value of the service.
Refund Methods: Customers may choose one of the following options:
Refund via Original Payment Gateway: Available only for payments made within the past 180 days.
Refund to Account Balance: Applicable to all customers, including those who paid with cryptocurrency.
Special Discount for Refund to Balance: Customers opting for a refund to their account balance will receive a one-time 50% discount on purchasing other regular products (excluding domain names and SSL certificates). This offer applies to purchases made on either a monthly or annual basis.
How to Apply: Please submit a support ticket to our customer service team to process your refund request.
2.2 Adjustment to Current Plan
For customers who wish to continue using the service without opting for a refund, we will upgrade your plan’s traffic quota to five times its current amount free of charge.
Processing Timeline
Refund Request Deadline: Refund applications must be submitted by November 30, 2024. Applications received after this date will not be processed.
Traffic Adjustment Schedule: The traffic quota adjustment is expected to be completed by December 1, 2024.

对于现有香港地域的客户,您可以自愿选择以下两种处理方案之一:
2.1 选择退款
退款金额:按照剩余服务期的实际价值计算;
退款方式:支持以下两种退款渠道,您可根据实际情况选择:
原支付渠道退款:仅适用于最近 180 天内支付的款项;
款至余额:适用于所有客户,尤其是虚拟货币支付的用户;
退款至余额特别优惠:选择退款至余额的客户可享受一次 50% 折扣,用于购买公司其他常规在售产品(域名和 SSL 证书除外),且可自由选择月付或年付方式;
办理方式:有需要的客户请提交工单,与客服人员联系处理。
2.2 选择调整当前套餐
对于仍希望继续使用服务而不选择退款的客户,我们将免费为您的套餐流量 升级至当前的 5 倍。
处理时间
退款申请截止日期:请于 2024 年 11 月 30 日前 提交退款申请,逾期将不再受理;
套餐流量调整时间:我们预计将在 2024 年 12 月 1 日前后 完成套餐流量的调整操作。
